CARY - According to a recent report on WRAL-TV, a cashless system that sends bills to drivers on the proposed I-540 toll road would charge as much as $7.56, or 42 cents a mile, to ride the entire 18 mile stretch. External link to WRAL-TV. [read more]

PHILADELPHIA - A Drexel University student who had ties to Winston-Salem, NC where her father lives has entered a plea in a Phildelphia ID theft case.
